Tom McGreal received the annual award for demonstrating the PS value of DEVOTION. A long-term PS employee, Tom has consistently been dedicated to PS overall cultural and growth goals, and acts as a subject matter expert, mentor and resource to all within the company. He provides his colleagues and teams with top-notch creative and design work, often within tight timeframes, which is a tremendous value add to our vendors and retailers. Tom has established himself as the office “MacGyver”, and is the go-to person in our office for various logistics and construction support. He is always eager to help with a great attitude and a smile, and is committed to building strong relationships with his colleagues.
Our annual award for demonstrating the PS value of relentless attention to DETAIL was presented to Maddie Bredahl. Maddie strives for perfection and always goes above and beyond for her business, her vendors, and her buyers to anticipate their needs and exceed expectations. She is proactive and sees the “big picture” to help anticipate needs before they arise. She is extremely organized, focused, analytical and detailed when evaluating and communicating information to determine the best possible solution or recommendation for our customers. She holds herself accountable for her actions and her work. Maddie is hungry for new opportunities to learn and grow which result in different perspectives and insights that can be applied to her job.
Hana Selvog received the annual award for demonstrating the PS value of DRIVE. Hana is professional, approachable, ethical, and energetic, she takes pride in her job and is always willing to step in and go the extra mile for our clients. She has distinguished herself as a leader and “go-to” person on the health and beauty team, with a deep knowledge of her vendors’ businesses. She approaches challenging situations with a smile and a sense of calm, and does whatever it takes to make things right. Her devotion has been evident as she has stepped in to help absorb responsibilities for additional vendors while her colleagues were on leave and managed to not miss a beat when it comes to service level & response time.
