Portu Sunberg is excited to announce that Lara Bollweg has joined us as the Director of Consumer Insights. Lara has nearly 20 years of retail market research and insights experience, most recently at Advantage Solutions, where she was the Director of Strategy Planning for a shopper marketing division. She held various roles at Target, including Research Manager in Guest Insights and as a Multi-language Strategy Manager for Target Canada. In addition, she worked with IBM as a Managing Consultant for Target’s Shopper Insights platform. Lara holds an MBA in International Management from Middlebury Institute of International Studies, and a BA in German from St. Catherine University and spent two years studying in Munich and working in Berlin, Germany. She serves as a county election judge and volunteers at the International Institute of Minnesota advising refugees and immigrants applying for citizenship. She was a founder of both Net Impact Minneapolis and the Camden Farmers Market in North Minneapolis.
