We are excited to announce that Melissa Lapsley has joined Retell as the Director of Research!  Melissa has fifteen years of quantitative and qualitative research design, methodology, and moderation experience with both B2C and B2B clients across a variety of industries.  She has held research roles with both Best Buy and Griffin Technology, and has deep expertise in leading research teams, developing guest insights processes and tools, optimizing customer experience, developing omni-channel design research, and product development.  Melissa holds a B.A. in Marketing from Southeastern Louisiana University.  Melissa loves the research field because “it looks past what people are actually saying and interprets underlying drivers behind their decisions to reveal a person’s true thoughts and motives.”  Please join us in welcoming Melissa to the Portu Sunberg and Retell team!
